Who is Get'm?

Founded by Rania Olayan, and Virginia Castro in 1996. The idea stemmed from a desire to design unique, cool, and eccentric musical accessories made with top quality material and hardware. From rock stars to budding musicians, Get'm Get'm Wear has a style for everyone!

At Get'm Get'm Wear, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please follow these three easy steps to return your item for return or exchange.
1) Prepare a package to send to us which includes a) the items you are returning and b) A note or letter containing the following information: Your name, return address, and daytime phone number. A list of items you are returning. A brief description of the problem and why you are returning the items.
2) Mail the package back insured to the address below:

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges). All refunds will be made according to the payment method.
